Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.

Standard Shipping:

Our standard shipping method costs $10 is shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.  Orders over $100 are free with standard shipping.

Express Shipping:

We also offer express shipping for $15 on selected items. Orders placed with express shipping will be processed and shipped within 1 business day and will typically arrive within 1-3 business days from posting. 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping from $10-$30 to select countries outside of Australia on selected items. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please allow 15-30 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
