Returns Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (Australia) or (Other countries). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure that the item(s) are returned safely to our warehouse.

Once we receive the item(s) and verify that they meet the return requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the return is due to a defective item, you will receive a full refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If the return is due to change of mind, we will deduct the cost of the delivery charge, if there was any.
